2024 has been a transformative year for WorkWhile, marked by significant growth and expansion into new markets and verticals. Since 2023, we have grown our regional coverage by 400% — across 34 states—and added Hospitality and Event & Guest Services to our suite of services. This expansion has allowed us to serve more customers and fill more open roles than ever before.

We can see that the demand for flex work has never been stronger, and our platform is ready to meet the growing need. “Our place among the fastest-growing companies in the country proves that the demand for flex work has never been stronger,” says Euston. Adding, “We are also seeing record numbers of workers turning to flex work for the first time.” According to our annual worker surveys, the percentage of WorkWhile workers who were new to flex work jumped from 37% to 56% in just the last year.

We also credit our worker-first mentality for our rapid user growth. By building features that empower workers, we can continue to attract and retain top talent and drive success for customers. We know that when workers feel supported and financially secure, everybody wins.
