Julius has completed 219 shifts and holds an outstanding 4.96 rating, but her impact goes well beyond the numbers. At 28 years old, this Oakland native is known for her reliability, adaptability, and leadership on the job.
At Jitsu, Julius wears many hats. From labeling and picking to helping manage daily operations, she is a go-to person for getting things done. Her standout moment came during WorkWhile’s pilot forklift training program. On her manager’s recommendation, Julius was selected as one of the first three platform users to complete the certification. She embraced the opportunity fully.
“The training was quick, and I could do it all on my phone,” she said. “It feels good to be taking the next step in my career.”
Outside of work, Julius stays just as busy. She is one of eight siblings and describes her family as very close. Weekly game nights on Wednesdays and Saturdays are a beloved tradition. Whether it's cards, board games, or just good conversation, those evenings are a highlight in her week.
Julius also loves the outdoors. She enjoys everything from hiking and Top Golf to camping trips in Yosemite. When she is relaxing at home, she is usually spending time with Harmony, her pit bull, or her very vocal cat.
She joined WorkWhile after her fiancé recommended it and says the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. What stands out to her most is the ease of payment, the feeling of being part of a team, and the responsiveness of customer support.
Julius is a great example of the dedication and drive that power so many behind-the-scenes roles in logistics and fulfillment. Her story reflects the pride and purpose that come with showing up, doing good work, and continuing to grow every step of the way.
